I was sourced on LinkedIn by someone and had a very brief call with someone else. It sounded like they were reading straight off of a checklist. They then sent me an email to confirm I was fine with what they were offering from a compensation standpoint, which was weird as I have never been asked to do that before. I never heard from them again. I guess it must have been lost in a blackhole. Seems like a massive waste of time on their part since they were the ones who approached me.
