This was the biggest joke of an interview I have ever been on. It literally took ten minutes. Guy I interviewed with showed me the call floor, which was like 80% empty, brought me to his office and asked me if I had any questions, which was funny because he barely explained the job at all. Most of the questions I asked him were responded to with "I'm not sure" or "that will be covered in training". Job posting is extremely misleading says pay is 55-75k which it isn't. It's min wage(Not negotiable) plus a 10 percent commission. By my math you would have to be the best damn salesman they have ever seen to approach those numbers. Cheapest thing you can even sell is a 200 dollar lifetime version of Panda Anti-Virus, which is actually free online if you know anything about computers. What they don't tell you in the interview is that this "lifetime" key does not transfer between computers at all, nor does it let you upgrade the version after the year you bought it. What they also don't tell you is that commissions are paid out two months after the fact, so for example if you sell a customer to speak to one of their techs which they are short staffed on, and the tech isn't immediately available and the customer hangs up after waiting on hold for an hour, you get nothing. Also if for any reason the customer cancels within those 60 days, you also get nothing.
I wasn't even asked if I wanted the job, but I was told that if I wanted to know what people there were making, then all I needed to do was look in the parking lot at the cars out there and he told me to call when I was ready to start. Judging by the beaters I saw in the parking lot, not too many people are doing well there. Might want to rethink your sales pitch. No wonder this company was shut down by the FTC 6 months ago. Believe everything you have read on here because it's all accurate. I even went in with an open mind and was still blown away by how shady this place is. Save your time and look elsewhere.
