The interview process was very smooth. What you see is really what you get, they answer all your questions and it wasn't as uptight as most interviews are, so you are definitely very comfortable.
There are three steps to the process.
1) One interview with HR rep
2) One interview with specific department head
3) Task submission: A task is assigned that is relevant to the role you applied for.
