InAuth interview questions

Great process; moved it along at a good pace and were very respectful of my time. This consisted of a phone screen, meeting with the hiring manager and then meeting with colleagues that were part of the organization. All were face to face except original phone screen.

Had an initial phone interview with Charles, the director of engineering. He started off trash talking recruiters. Then he began the interview with the typical "Tell me about yourself" (although I later thought he really didn't actually want to know about myself). At this point, I already felt a really bad vibe. You know, sometimes, even over the phone you can just sense this immense negative energy that someone can give off. After about 10 minutes he probed me by asking about the projects I have worked on and made a comment about having a lot of skills on my resume with only 2 years of experience. So in his head he was already putting me in the fake resume category (although my resume reflects exactly what I have worked on in the past). After 15 minutes I found out he was looking for an expert in three specific skills, of which I apparently only had one so the interview ended quickly. Glad this company didn't work out for me. I had read the one negative review on glassdoor prior to this interview and was already prepared for a negative experience. *Shiver...*
