The process was difficult if you didn't go in and ask to speak to a manager. Take the simple step of bringing your resume and fix yourself up. Ask to speak to the manager. I then got an interview and they asked me basic questions

Long and rigorous, with tons of hoops to jump through. Dragged me along for almost a month, with 3 interviews. The last interview was with the store's manager, and I never received any confirmation or negation of my employment.
