Interview
he was really great at explaining all the ins and outs of working there. he was very gracious about the scheduling and needing to be off by a certain time to catch the bus home... so I couldn't work nights but I explained why and he was good with it...he asked me about my goals and my family and where I saw myself in 5 years and 10 years and so on...he explained how the company got started and how it grew from store to store and state to state...he asked about my former employers and how long I was with them and would I continue to work at both places...which I did for a month...the original manager really seemed interested in my well being and my time management...

They sit you down and talk about you and see if you would be a good person to fit the role. They are looking for a very outgoing individual so make sure that if you are being interviewed that you like people and get ready to be on your feet!
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was at the in n out I applied to and it was quick and simple. Be prepared to answer many general customer service related questions. They usually like an open availability.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
The interview was rather informal. There was no contact prior to meeting, I simply brought my resume and 20 minutes later was in the interview. The questions were half business related and half personal life questions as if they wanted me to fit into their entire atmosphere.
