I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Bakersfield, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Overall, the In-N-Out I interviewed for was one of the toughest and extensive interview processes. Their interview process involved jumping through more hoops than a federal government role. Simple questions, but if you don't fit their clean-cut, available 24/7, and superhuman manners then its best enjoying their burgers from afar.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
