Interview
They reached out. Vague information given. Rate was low. Wanted more information on company and jobs. Only way to proceed was to go through the interview process.
Interview process involve trivial engineering questions. Soft interview was extremely weird with little feedback whether they understood the conversation or not. Very little details given about the company, why they had so many employees already with no platform yet. No details given about turnover or business side. No details given about platform. Some of the interviewers did not seem to be very technical.
Overall I would avoid this firm unless the money improves or you are looking for grad roles. I sounds like a kind of DARPA contract sweat shop.
