Impressico Business Solutions interview questions

The company visted my college, total 3 rounds- pen paper test(apti, python, sql) , hr interview and technical interview. The assessment and hr interview was easy, but the technical interview is part is I felt like that the company don't want to hire us, the interviewer was a person who doesn't even know anything about the computer science, he was asking random question to all the peers from my college, he kept asking for the same question and doesn't even speak properly, I purposely write a wrong code and he was very satisfied with it, and and don't understand why they even put a person like that who dont even understand python or c or any programming language
