After submitting my application, I was reached out to by the hiring manager herself for a 45-minute interview. It was pleasantly two-sided, meaning I spent an unusual amount of time getting to ask my own questions and to be "sold" on the opportunity.
Afterwards, there was a 45-minute call with a teammate, who was also pleasant and quick to share the positive feedback they'd received about me from the hiring manager.
The next step was a virtual interview loop with several members of the HR team. Following that was a final 30-minute phone call with the CTO. An offer decision was slightly delayed due to scheduling difficulties with the CTO's busy schedule, but ultimately extended the following week.
