it was a one one interview i had to take 3 day orientation than a drug test i also had to do a class. once we was done i got a chance to get on the floor and be orientated by a nurse tech who worked A wing she taught me how the do things in Tennessee was very different than they way they do in Illinois.

Question 1
basic asking if i was certified and how long i have worked in this field i answered any question that was asked of me when it was pertaining to me but my overall i nailed it. it was okay but once i got on the floor i did things my way i had my on hall of 17 residents and by time morning shift got there i had them up and ready i was sitting when doing my ADL'S.
