1. CVs are screened to select the best match for the required position. 2. Candidates are called for a verbal interview. 3. Atleast 2/3 senior developers interview the candidate and ask different questions. 4. Finally if everything goes well, candidate will have meeting with the hr where salary information is discussed. 5. If the candidate passes, then hr recommends him/her to the ceo. 6. If ceo agrees, then he/she is hired.
