Impact Call Centre interview questions

Interview was carried out remotely. Professionally done. Literature test and sending email test. Interviewer made me feel comfortable throughout interview and was friendly. Happy to answer questions about the company.

The relaxed hiring process was very neat and professional. Managers were kinda and made me feel welcome there and it felt a bit more like a chat than an interview. No major curve ball questions were thrown at me. All in all, a very good experience.
