Immigration New Zealand interview questions

The process was of a standard government process. SMART questions were asked by a 3 person interview panel. The panel is usually made up of the hiring manager, a senior member of the team and another person from within the same department or similair discipline. Opening question is about describing yourself and then from there are SMART questions specific to the role.

The interview did not go well, the assessor did not follow the email for interview construction. It made me very nervous. So, I started being nervous and did not do my best. This time I will keep with the process
