It was a challenging experience, but ultimately fair. I did my best to navigate the demands of the role, though I believe the outcome could have been better if it hadn’t been a remote position. The lack of in-person interaction sometimes made communication and collaboration more difficult, which may have affected the overall experience and efficiency of the work.
