The process moved quickly but I dont think the recruiter cared to understand my experience nor did I think she had the knowledge herself to understand the experience that was almost overqualified for the role.

She asked me how was the work I currently do impactful which considering the organization I’m at, is an ignorant question to ask. Never asked why I wanted to work at Imagine or my interest in the role though.
Imagine Pediatrics contacted me through LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The process included an informational meeting to discuss the role and expectations. I am currently awaiting their decision and hoping for a positive outcome.
5 rounds of interviews with different members of the Technology department. Some included behavioral interviews and the other were technical such as showcasing a dashboard based off of given data.
