      Business Development Associate Interview

      26 Aug 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Boston, MA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Imaginatik (Boston, MA) in Jul 2014

      Interview

The one person that you will have to interview with is the President of NA, but as it turns he is not really the president, he only has the title he manages no one and has no responsible to or in the company. It appears he use to be on the companies board and then was removed. I believe he is just a sales person that lives in Colorado. There is another guy there who says he is a sales vp but I do not believe he is either. Other people outside of sales seem like they know what they are talking about.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Question were not that difficult, It seemed like the ones asked by some people did not make sense and were not well thought out. You should ask these people, if you will not work directly for them why were you asked to interview me?
