Interview
Challenging but quite transparent interview with 3 phases: initial technical assessment, interview with someone from HR and final technical assessment of 2 hours. IC gives a lot of importance to the social component of each candidate.

Question 1
They asked me to do a 2-hour assessment where I had to develop a web application using the languages I wanted.
Very simple process, composed by 3 main stages:
- overall knowledge of development aspects
- cultural fit
- code challenge
The idea is to get focused questions and answers without spending a lot of time. It also provides the candidate an expected view of a day in Imaginary Cloud.

Interview
The process was divided into three different meetings. The first was more technical and the other two centred on personal and social issues. I identified with this process because you feel that the company looks at you as a person and not just as an employee. The interviewers were all kind and very friendly. To conclude, I can say that I loved the experience.
