Not so standard way of doing interviews. Top management goes first, giving you a false sense of excitement to undergo their process. Only to turn out that you will be screened by their underlings later. One of the interviewers (VP of whatever), is an overt slave-driving poison with totally unprofessional and irrelevant questions meant to advertise she's the boss. While the other VP stays nice and proper, she seemed to be overshadowed by the other.
Whoever asks for a 90-day development plan during an interview? They did. You don't even have the slightest idea what you're getting into and yet they're already demanding something near-impossible to ascertain and do.
It's a NO. Later I found out that they're hiring for the same job category but for a lower level. May have realized that they messed up.
