1st interview: Group phone interview with 3 Executive Directors. Questions were specific to the position. I could tell they were measuring competency and relevancy. The Executives asked behavioral questions and look for job specific examples. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes.
2nd interview:The entire Executive Team participated with the Owner of the company observing. Although most may be intimidated about interviewing in a room of 9 individuals, I thought the situation was appropriate. I was also interviewing them. I wanted to know all the key players I would be working closely with as well. The questions each interviewer asked were position specific and behavioral. Some questions also included personal aspects of who I am and what I do socially outside of work.
Interview process took about 4 weeks. Offer came soon after.
