1- informal interview with the manager. An exchange about the role and aspirations
2- meeting with the team and presenting a research project with Q&A. presentation followed by practical drug discovery questions
3- python coding interview
4- present research again and discussion with senior management
5- 1 to 1 questions with the CEO and negotiation

- what do you expect from the job?
- imagine you have a dataset with protein-ligand binding affinities, how do you go about your drug discovery protocol
- how would you quantify noize around your dataset
- can you write the dot product of this matrix in Python
- Can you spot the formatting issue in the PDB
Introductory call with hiring manager. General intro on position and company, plus questions regarding way of working and background.
30 min presentation plus 30 min questions with hiring manager and medicinal chemist.
Interview with CEO and CSO.
