Spoke w/ the recruiter via Zoom & she moved me on quickly to the next round. I was able to speak with hiring manager a few days later. They were both super nice and very passionate about the company. Around a week later, the recruiter sent me a thoughtful rejection email with feedback, and the hiring manager sent me a kind note on LinkedIn. There would have been one more round had I moved forward. Couldn't ask for a better interview process & rejection experience. :)
