Ignite UK interview questions

I have had a first interview followed by a technical assessment to develop a basic application in fastapi. The readme was specifying every step to run the application, but for some reason they were not able to make it run and not agreed to a demo, which made me understand that the guy was not able to run it as he had no technical knowledge to run an application in Docker. Neither he was able to understand that the virtual container has some basic passwords as they are not on you local machine.
