Ignite Digital Services interview questions

Had a brief phone screen with a recruiter which went well, then interviewed with two hiring managers. Then had a Microsoft Teams interview with two people, one had her camera over and the other was breaking up. Within about three minutes, it was clear I was only being interviewed as a formality. When I asked for details regarding the job roles, I wasn't given any clear indication of the role, what my job would be, or what technologies I'd use. When I asked about recent projects the company worked on, I was told: "you really got me on that one." I was given zero feedback or further questions on my work experience or background, I'm unsure if they even read my resume. I asked multiple insightful questions about the company's internal culture and was not given a response. At one point, I was asked essentially the same question back to back. The one interviewing me kept not understanding basic questions about the role. When I asked how the organization would support my personal growth, I was told "We'll give you a raise if you're deserving." Moreover, the interview ended abruptly after twenty minutes of the scheduled forty. I took me a few minutes after the interview finished to process how awful it was and how unprofessional they were. Avoid this employer!
