Too biased and seems the procedure is just for showing and even though I did have a good score ( too good), that did not even get me to the technical round with.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at If Insurance (Turku) in Jun 2021
Interview
Had two pretty basic interviews one with hr and one with team leader. A bit stiff and didn't really give that good impression about the position. Seemed to be more interested in the development processes and management than coding skills and knowledge. Had talk with their software developer also and he seemed to be a bit uninterested and unenthusiastic about the job. Couldn't give a direct yes or no answer and I had other job offer waiting so I decided to discontinue the interviews with them
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at If Insurance in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online. The interview took place in 3 stages:
1. Skype call with HR and Tech lead,
2. Home task (coding)
3. Interview with team leads
More detailed:
Stage 1: It was an introduction into the work process and general information about the company. Then technical interviewer asked me several questions about my previous experience, nothing special, all questions were related to my CV.
Stage 2: On the next day they sent me a small coding task which took from me several hours to complete (instructions were not really clear, but they answered all my questions by email). No time restrictions.
Stage 3: The interview with team leaders. Well, on this stage they didn't asked anything and just introduced me their projects and teams so I can choose what I want.
On the next day I got my offer.

Question 1
The most unexpected question was not related to my skills and it was not even a technical question: "What if we make you an offer and you refuse?"
