Interview process here is pretty straight forward. You don't to go through all those dramatic process(es) as you do in other companies. Being a rails shop in true sense they would figure out your love and passion for ruby and if you have it in you it would only be a matter of time you would be working here and exploring your love.

Question 1
I took ruby as a hobby (Rubyst by hobby) so difficulty is relative here for me. But the there were challenging question on ruby hashes.

Interview
Idyllic Software developers takes the interview. It was very comfortable environment during the interview. Few basic Questions, Few Technical Questions, & thats it. No Rounds etc. like in other organizations.
