Identco interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn. After applying I was contacted by e-mail by HR Manager then by phone to arrange for interviews with her and then with the COO (direct boss for the position). Both were very professional, punctual and serious about the process. I had tenure of 10 years with previous company and both were understanding that it was a hard decision for me to leave that other company.
