The recruiter reached out to me directly and had an intro call with HR and then arranged the first stage interview with two designers from Idean. The recruiter gave very board information about the interview which asked me to prepare one case study to walk through during the interview and didn't give any more instruction. The interview itself was a very bad experience, I didn't receive the same level of respect as the interviewers expected to receive from me. The structure of the interview was poorly informed. It looks like the company itself wasn't clear what type of people they are looking for and the hiring process is just poorly designed and neglected.
