Thank you so much for your review. We absolutely do everything we can to make sure every candidate's experience with our company is the best that it can be. You did schedule an interview with us and one of our Talent Acquisition Specialist did call you for that interview. Unfortunately, your phone went straight to voicemail which is why you received the "Missed Interview" email. Again when you rescheduled, the same thing happened. As the manager, I do take these situations very seriously so I went ahead and checked our phone logs to ensure we called you at your interview times, and we in fact had.
