IdealTraits interview questions

I did not get past scheduling an interview with this company, due to poor coordination on their end. I submitted the interview time and day, through their scheduling system/calendar, and provided my callback number. The invite they sent me read that the recruiter would be calling me at agreed time, but I did not recieve call. Minutes later, I got an email stating that I would not be considered for the role, due to my "absence". A second emailed followed, from a recruiter, stating to call back within minutes, if I was still interested in the role. I did, and got her voicemail...left a message, but got no response. Red flags were waving, but because this job was close to my home, I went ahead and rescheduled through their system, for another day. Guess what? The same thing happened--no call from anyone and another finger-pointing email, so I emailed them and included copies of the meeting invites from both days, letting them know that the error was theirs. They need to get their act together. Absolutely ridiculous.
