Interview
First spoke with a recruiter via zoom then with the area manager and division manager via zoom. Overall an easy process. Make sure to study up on the services they offer and sell your enthusiasm during the interviews.
Would not recommend. They treated providers like trash and very little training went into aesthetics. Sales and medical did not align. Great for getting your foot in the door for aesthetic nursing.

Interview
The initial interview was virtual. The interviewer was easy to talk with and informative. The questions asked were basic about interests in the company and the industry. I had a positive experience. I was initially worried after reading the reviews about this company and other peoples experiences, but mine was great! The second part of the interview was an in-person shadowing experience that allowed me to see what the job was going to be like and meet the staff.
