30 minute call with recruiter, then if passed, sent link to complete a grueling assessment. The assessment was so unnecessary. It consisted of questions like figuring out patterns. The listening skills section had one part where the fake accent was so bad. In real life, you can simply ask a person to repeat themselves if you didn’t understand. There was also a section where you had to write a reply email in a short amount of time. This test in no way accurately evaluated your ability to do needs based selling successfully. It can easily disqualify a person that would otherwise be an asset to the company.
