The listening skills section had one part where the fake accent was so bad. In real life, you can simply ask a person to repeat themselves if you didn’t understand. There was also a section where you had to write a reply email in a short amount of time. This test in no way accurately evaluated your ability to do needs based selling successfully. It can easily disqualify a person that would otherwise be an asset to the company.
