During the interview, I was interviewed by a director who was not originally scheduled to conduct it, as the superior had scheduling conflicts. The process began with a portfolio presentation, during which the director handled my portfolio disrespectfully by throwing it on the table. Following the interview, he left ahead of me, disregarding any farewell, and engaged with colleagues as if I were not present. Although I wasn't offered the position, I consider it a fortunate outcome given the significant red flags observed during the interview.
