After having my first initial conversation with the hiring recruiter, the entire process took 2-3 months. With each interview (I applied for 3 different positions) the recruiter had given me details about who I was interviewing with, what to expect and what they were looking for. There were no surprises into going to every interview. Each Interviewer had been welcoming, warm and specific in what they wanted from a future employee.
