The interviewer I had was great to talk to. It was clear they were passionate about what they do. Things seemed to go well but I did not get invited to the next round. This is very likely because I answered their brain teaser using trial and error. I admit, that was really dumb since they are all about creating logic puzzles....Always use logic to answer their riddles, even when there are only three possible answers and trial/error could be done in the blink of an eye. They even told me on the phone that they didn't care how much time I took - silly me always has to do it the fast way. Good luck! It was a very positive experience. I applied in November and didn’t get an offer for a phone screening until February. The initial interview went as expected. I basically went through my resume and was given some information about the team and the company. During the interview, I did bring up the fact that (based on these reviews of the interview process) people were being told to complete an assessment that takes hours of work and then being rejected after. If you’re even considering doing the assessment, don’t. Seriously. I wish I had heeded the warnings in the other reviews. The offered salary isn’t even high enough to waste your time.
