One has to Give a subject matter presentation to a group of individual evaluators, followed by an interview with the senior officials. The final outcome is the total of both the above-mentioned evaluation criteria.

The first round after screening is PPT presentation. You should come prepared with a PPT presentation. Also be prepared with 2-3 subjects. Basic questions are asked here. Then there is one normal interaction with HOD, followed by salary negotiation.
