Interview
I submitted my resume then the recruiter contacted my the next day for an on-site interview. I scheduled at the afternoon for the interview. In the beginning they asked me to introduce myself and they asked me questions about my projects and skills. Later they took me a walk in the office and introduce me the rest of people. A week later they sent me an offer.

Interview
It was comprehensive. It involved several meetings with various people. They also contacted references and asked very detailed questions. There were a couple onsite meetings and two off-site. There was a combination of one on one conversations and also with a group. It covered a combination of company background and hypothetical questions if I were to deal with specific situations.
