Good, they are always making a follow up for the process of interview but the problem is once that the final interview finished the waiting decision of the management taking so long so there is a possibility that the applicant already look for another opportunity assuming that the applicant is rejected

Interviews are fast although you'll have to take it along with all the other applicants at the same time. It was fun and you will be learning a lot from the interview itself and from the experience.
