Interview
As another poster has mentioned, this was one of the most bizarre and unprofessional interviews I've ever had. I was shocked by Colman's attitude. In hindsight, I regret being so polite and not confronting him about his comments. At the time, I felt it was easier sit and listen to his various complaints and get the interview over with. The high staff turnover is clearly a reflection of his behavior, not the 'young people' he repeatedly blamed. I don’t know how he cannot see this! The role advertised sounds ideal for a graduate but do not fall for it. Read the reviews for ISIC/generation Y, I wish I did before I did the interview.

Question 1
Plenty of irrelevant questions, nothing related to the position.

Interview
The interview process was the most unprofessional, chaotic interview I have ever had. After preparing for the interview not one professional question was asked, instead I was asked who my celebrity crush was and if I was “good craic on a night out”.. avoid!
