Apparently their first year doing internships, and it showed in their familiarity with their own processes. First round was HR call to discuss positions, criteria, etc. Second and their rounds were technical - they looked into background and asked finances/stats questions. Fourth round was with Head Quant, was told this was non-technical only to be ambushed with more finance theory. Interviewer mistakenly asked for 'payoff curve' when he meant 'price curve', then proceeded to draw the price curve after saying my payoff curve was wrong. Was then told my fundamentals were lacking which was disappointing given the ambush and his mistake. Other than that, was actually a good few interviews and the people seemed nice.
