I was instructed to fill out all forms pertaining to employment, past, present and to also fill out a W-9 for employees. Then, after awhile, was called into another office and had a brief discussion as to the nature of the job, what was expected, starting pay, benefits and so forth. After agreeing to all of the terms and conditions, was hired as a seasonal worker.
