In general, it was a very calm and real conversation. I had a chance to ask a lot of questions about the job itself. The process and next steps were very clear.

Question 1
A lot of questions about pas experience that is relevant for the position, no unnecessary "phycological" tests.
Phone interview, in person double interview back to back technical one with team manager and one with HR rep, I passed the technical tests but did not get the job(was down to the last 4 I was told)
