The application process starts with submission of resume in their internal recruitment system. I received an invitation for online interview but then again I had to start the again with resume submission and filling up all my personal data for a second time. The first stage is to upload a video introduction, their system is a huge pain, requires a lot of attempts to finally submit the file. Then you continue with 10 free text questions, the limit is 4000 characters for each answer. Extremely frustrating modal window appears before each question to remind you it is mandatory. Their job application system provided extremely unpleasant user experience to the applicant. The process is slow and the system logs you out very often. Some of the questions are repeatable. After successful completion of this stage, next step is interview with the hiring manager. Here I decided to not continue with them, first of all the jobs is underpaid. They have a maximum budget equal to a salary for mid - level designer, but at the same time they want to hire a manager who will do the work of 2-3 people. Requirements and responsibilities in the job description are for two separated positions, but they want to hire just one person. The second reason I decided not to continue is the unprofessional behaviour of their talent acquisition specialists. The recruiter send me a couple of messages, I can't even call them emails, they were more like a chit chat with neighborhood acquittance, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
