IPS Group interview questions

Good,three round of interview I got selected but position got cancelled,hr Made me to wait 2 weeks afterwards tgey told position got cancelled.overall interview experience is very Different Round 1 – Technical + Screening (45 minutes) The first round was with the hiring manager. It started with a brief self-introduction. Then he asked questions on: • My experience in project management • Agile vs Waterfall methodology • How I handle risks in a project • How I manage difficult stakeholders • A real project scenario I worked on • How I handle delays and escalations This round was interactive, and the interviewer was friendly. I explained my past projects with examples. At the end, he asked if I had any questions for him

I was interviewed through the hiring agency. It was pretty straight forward with less rigorousness. They keep you as a temp or 30 days and based on performance, the company decides if they want to hire you or not
