Just finished the first step of the interview... had to submit a resume and cover letter online, complete math questions/quiz questions on a timer, and then submit video answers to questions like "what makes you unique"

Some math equations about finding the viewer numbers. I.E. if 100 people are watching TV at this time, and 34 people are watching American Idol, what is the percentage of viewers watching American Idol? (Multiple choice)

Interview
it was three short behavioral interviews with one person and I heard back about a month after the interviews from a phone call. the interview was super laid back and the questions were not difficult at all
I only made it to the first round, they have you answer questions on a video recording. Over all the process sucked out any chance to use interpersonal skill as way to gain an edge.
