They have basically 5 rounds of interview and if you got selected, then there will be 1-2 further rounds for client interview- in which it will be decided that in which team will you be placed in.
I received email for this opening, i forwarded my resume and it got shortlisted.
1st round-It will be technical F2F or Skype round, asked questions of Unix, sql,autosys.Person was helpful if you answer wrong.
2nd round- It was aptitude test consist of math(where you need to do lil calculations),sql & unix.
3rd round - Manager round, they will be normally from UK side, expecting person with good communication , know the process of support and will ask in detail what you used to do in daily routine.
4th round- Head of that dept. or process dept.He will ask you how can you handle issues, what you do tell customer,basically you need to show them your interest and talk positive as much you can.Personally and professionally,but he was talking like i am owner of company.So make him in your side by making some laughs.Nothing technical.
5th round- MD round, he will go through an interview form , your location convenience , your salary demand and profile.They will make sure if everything matches up.He would be best slave of organization if he is indian.
Then with rounds if HR is not calling you up, you need to follow up with them for everything.
Hr called me to discuss salary and policies, she was ready to give as much salary you are demanding, but just i showed her interest in role and company . Then she will proceed with salary and offer letter.they can give you no.of exp * 2 as salary easily.SO USE IT WISELY.
Twist is -She will says, she will provide you salary details on next day and that will take 1 week for her.
Then she will say it will take 2 week to process offer letter, it will take 3-4 weeks to complete.But she will say your offer letter will be there..and later things get changed.HR was helpful when she provides you quick feedback,but when she twisted my offer letter with more rounds saying it's only discussion,but it turned out to be interview. following up with her was pain, so better take follow up only on email.
Then as offer letter gets approval, she called me and told there will be discussion over phone or skype, to see in which team you fits in.Basically they have multiple companies acquired in recent past,so they are providing support or development from india on those company specific application.
6th round- It was take by CTO,Director , and technical guy.They were handling Alvir division (repo trading). They want to see how technical good you are and functionally.I got rejected in it.
7th round- It was again taken by CTO of R&N dept.for which the opening was there.He asked me how good you are at technicals, how i handle different situations. But at last he was not convinced of my role and talent. So i got again rejected in it.
