Assessment centre: General interview: Asked questions like why you want to work for the company, and what you hope to gain from this placement. Presentation: Presentation on when you had to show problem solving. Asked why I had chosen to present this problem. Group exercise: Had to work as a team to build a tower to hold a cup of water. Technical: Asked about a P&ID asked what could be causing issues with leakage. Showed a heat exchanger, reaction vessel and scrubber.

I found it to be a Long drawn out process. First it was to complete some tests. Which were easy. then an actual interview. Then waiting to hear how you’ve done. Then references and start date the whole process takes time.
