At first, organising an interview in a RSL club is quite strange for me since maybe they can do that in the office or somewhere else. They instantly started the process with the technical SQL and Python multiple choice and written test. Then you will wait outside and if you are shortlisted they will ask you to join for the next interview round. I dont know if this is a good way to organise an interview but for me it feels like a Uni test without wanting to know about the applicants themself first
