Interview
The interview was straight-forward. Initial questions about education and previous experience, followed by technical questions regarding data structures and specific technologies that the intership was about. Has two online screening tests before the actual interview.

What is the difference between a list and a vector?
It was a great experience and efficient process. The recruiter was very genuine and supportive. I could feel a consistent vibe across different employees. Recruiters as well as trainees, all show the great company culture of ING.
Es gab nur 1 Runde Interview, und war online. ING Mitarbeiter*in waren sehr freundlich. Kommunikation was sehr gut, alles wurde ganz klar vorgestellt. Die Benefits von ING sind sehr gut.
Posted as an English speaking position, but was interviewed in German. Unfriendly talk through and through. Not much technical but
