I was contacted by someone by phone, had a screen call interview and never heard about them again. I understand I might not have been a fit...but not giving at least a rejection email seemed really not ok.

Got online technical tests and two interviews(behavioral and technical in one day)
Initially I told them I want to do Data analytics role only, but somehow they ignored it and pushed me through the whole software development process
