Interview
The interview process includes 6 steps and takes approximately 3- 4 weeks.
1) - Initial online skills assessment.
2) - Phone interview with Technical Mgr to discuss role and responsibilities, lines of service and candidates background and experience.
3) - Virtual interview with Managing Partner to discuss organization, operations, company's culture, vision and work environment.
4) - External background check.
5) - Online " Keirsey Personality Profile Assessment"
6) - Offer
